We've seen this photo before. When it first arrived in our inbox, I couldn't resist posting it right away - this bedroom looks like such a perfectly calm and relaxing retreat (and I could use a little of that!)

August Customer Photo Winner

Yes, October's almost over. And we've had fabulous customer photo submissions this month. But I just realized that though we had selected the August and September photo contest winners, we hadn't yet made an official announcement. Here goes.

Christmas Comes Early These Days

It isn't even Hallowe'en and Christmas seems to be out in full force. Trees and ornaments and stockings are sandwiched next to masks and skeletons and pumpkins. Even I've caught the bug - I'm already making Christmas gift lists (but then again, I have a good (baby) reason to want to get things done early).

My mother-in-law would go crazy for the frilly fanciness of this very feminine powder room retreat and it totally makes me want to take a candle-lit bubble bath (ahhhh, wouldn't that be nice?) The Blessedness of Being Little

So sweet. I have nursery ideas and decor and cribs and bedding and paint colors and blankets and soft toys and little pyjamas and ... well, you get the point... on my mind. I love this green paint. And this nursery wall quote is the perfect accent. It is a blessing to be little, isn't it? Almost as much so as having a little one to love.

It's a Boy!

We're expecting. A second boy. Due early December. It's been so fun to plan for this new little addition to our family. Our 3 yr old is practically beside himself (and makes me wonder how on earth we're going to deal with two boys).

Bwed: Custom Design

When Alexandra of Bwed contacted us with a custom design project, we were thrilled to help. (Because, as you know, custom projects are our favorites!) Alexandra was full of ideas and we were more than happy to accomodate. And so - voila! The logo - and inspiration - for her new exclusive wedding blog was born.

Fabulous, isn't it? It looks even better integrated into the blog - which, by the way is chock-full of lovely images, designs, ideas, hints and wedding bliss. Her tagline is my favorite (and sounds like a wall quote design waiting to happen, no?)
